Horrible service

I asked to return my boots that were bought as a christmas present for my daughter. I felt extremely nervous when I found out that I cannot speak with a human. Only contact is a message saying to leave a voice mail. I did this 10+ times. I never received a call back. I am out 120+ dollars and a gift!!

I bought my daughter boots for Christmas and they dont fit, I just want to exchange them for a bigger size. I have not hear from the company regarding this. I have made several attempts.

I placed an order for UGG slide on and I received them in a timely manner. The shoes were too small. I completed a return and was never refunded my money.
